A conversation with uthor Suzy Toronto

Good afternoon my Blog Reading Friends,

I hope you, my friends, are reading my blog.
I will write more frequently. Why? Because I just had a great coversation with author, @Suzy Toronto. She reminded me that I don't have to write a full article with educational information for every blog. Her enthusiasm spurred me on.

I have taken (off and on) watercolor classes for 4 years now. I really enjoy this. It's so calming, therapeutic and fun. This month I'm trying to paint a teenage girl. She is beautiful. I hope the painting will be. So far, it looks like a human and not a booger. That's good.

Here's hoping I get feedback from some of my blog readers.

Have a happppppy week!!

Mary Ann

Friday we drove to north central Florida to visit relatives. The Suwannee River flows just a few miles from our relatives' homes. There are two beautiful springs nearby. As a kid we swam in those crystal clear springs frequently. That was my hope on Friday and Saturday. I love Fannin Springs and Manatee Springs. But, a "yucky" spillage into the Suwannee River (third one this summer!) from Georgia caused Fannin to be closed. I was so disappointed. It's a three hour drive there. But, it was a wonderful visit with our Duke relatives. We ate delicious food and had a bonding time.
